Basic Barista Workshop (English) - ONLINE


Making good coffee is easy...

...If you know what you're doing!

How much coffee should I use? Do I have to grind fresh? How fine should I grind? Can I use regular tap water? How long does my espresso have to run? What is an espresso recipe? Microfoam?……..???

All will be answered during the Stooker online barista workshop! Learn how to make the tastiest espressos, cappuccinos, flat whites and lattes from the comfort of your home!  

After completing the Basic Barista Workshop?

You’ll have the knowledge and skills for making great coffee at home. Confidence using your espresso machine and grinder. You’ll know what an espresso recipe is and how to adjust and calibrate your espresso machine and grinder. You’ll understand techniques for steaming milk and basic latte art….

But most importantly....you will be able to impress friends and family with your new found skills ;)

How it works:

  • Sign up 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with workshop details and Google Meet invite 
  • Prior to the workshop you will receive 1 kilo of Stooker coffee in the post 
  • Login on at a specified date and time
  • 2 hour ‘online’ barista workshop and Q&A

Requirements:

  • Espresso machine
  • Coffee grinder
  • Barista tools (tamper, milk pitcher…)
  • Milk (dairy or alternative)
  • Access to Google Meet

Location: Online via Google Meet
Duration: 2 hours
Costs: €75,- per person (includes the workshop plus 1kg of coffee)

No espresso machine or grinder yet?

Of course you can also join this home barista workshop if you don't have an espresso machine and / or a grinder yet. We can also tell you what to look out for when you plan to buy an espresso machine or grinder.
