The coffees are delivered to Mikiyas Bogale's washing station, where ripe red cherries are sorted and dried whole on raised African beds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cup: strawberry, blueberry and red grape. The natural process gives this coffee a juicy fruit profile with plenty of sweetness, while the high elevation keeps the cup clean and lively. We roast it for both filter and espresso.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIdido grows at about 2,000-2,200 meters.
