The Juan Saldarriaga farms, La Claudina and El Encanto, cover 120 hectares of land, with 84 hectares dedicated to growing Caturra, among other cultivars, up to 2000 meters above sea level.

Juan has taken it upon himself to manage the production of these coffee growers and develop higher quality products to meet the demand. His use of improved drying structures and software to customize temperatures and airflow pay tribute to his ambition and dedication.
