The Motto is back by popular demand, and right away our boldest again: roasted dark, made for espresso. Roasted almond, maple syrup, milk chocolate.

It's a seasonal blend. The coffees in it rotate with the harvest, because fresh coffee beats a fixed recipe. The profile doesn't rotate along: we roast and cup every new composition until it simply tastes like Motto again.

It really comes alive with milk. Flat white drinkers: this is the one.

Why not a fixed recipe?
Coffee is a harvest product. Insist on the same origin forever and you end up roasting old crops. And that you would taste.

Motto or Haven?
Motto is the dark, sturdy espresso. Haven is lighter and works for filter too.
