The Haven is our all-rounder. Clean and gentle enough for filter, full enough for espresso. Almond, apple and blackberry in the cup: fresh when drunk black, nicely rounded with milk.

Like the Motto it's a seasonal blend. Every harvest we rebuild it from coffees that fit the profile, and we cup each incoming lot before a single bag goes out the door. Some cafés pour it as their house coffee, which is exactly what it's built for: a coffee you don't have to think about.
