Pachamama means Mother Earth in Quechua. Around here it mostly means: the coffee that's always there. While our single origins move with the seasons, this one sits on the shelf all year round. It comes from Daterra, in Brazil's Minas Gerais.

The base is Yellow Catuai plus other varieties from the farm. Roasted dark. Chocolate, pecan, hazelnut. That's all we ask of a daily espresso.

Black, cappuccino, flat white: this coffee doesn't mind. One of our best sellers, and not by accident.

Things people ask us

Is this a blend?
No, a single origin: everything comes from one farm. It does combine several varieties.

Which grind for a bean-to-cup machine?
Whole bean. Your machine grinds fresh, and the coffee keeps longer.

Why the dark roast?
Because this is an espresso coffee. A darker roast rounds out the chocolate and nut tones and holds its own in milk.
