Description

We are excited to introduce you to our new best-selling coffee, Pachamama. The coffee in our Pachamama is made entirely from coffee produced by Dattera in the Cerrado region of Brazil. The name Pachamama is derived from Inca mythology and means "Mother Earth". It symbolizes the connection between the earth and the coffee farmers who produce this coffee. The coffee is grown on the fertile soil of the Cerrado region, where farmers respect and protect the earth's natural resources. This results in a coffee that not only tastes delicious but is also sustainably grown.

Our coffee has a unique flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, maple syrup, and walnut. It is a darker roasted coffee with a structured body that is perfect for drinking as espresso, but also great for all your milk drinks. The coffee is fully traceable and is produced using the Daterra Penta Process®. This process uses less water than traditional processing methods and ensures that the coffee beans are dried properly, preserving the taste and aroma.

We are proud to partner with Dattera, the first B-Corp coffee farm in the world which is committed to sustainable coffee production. They own 3500 hectares of protective forest which results in a carbon negative production. By purchasing our coffee, you are not only supporting local farmers but also contributing to a more sustainable future.

It is thanks to your taste for rare specialty coffee that these farmers can make a significant increase on their ordinary earnings, which enables them to develop their land further.
